Frequently asked questions
Do you refurbish products?
Yes, per your instructions. On receipt, each return is inspected then routed: return to saleable condition (check, cleaning, re-packing), more thorough refurbishment, or disposal if the product cannot be recovered. You set the criteria for each product category, and we apply them consistently. The goal is to recover as much value as possible without ever restocking a non-compliant item.
Are returns restocked automatically?
Items deemed compliant on inspection are restocked without delay, and your stock levels are updated in real time on your portal. A returned product becomes sellable again as fast as possible, which limits losses and artificial stockouts. Non-compliant items are removed from available stock and handled according to your rules, so your availability is never distorted.
How fast is a return processed?
A return is matched to its original order and inspected as soon as it arrives, without letting it pile up. Compliant items quickly go back to stock and become sellable again, while the rest follow the handling you have defined. This responsiveness limits tied-up value and the « phantom stock » effect, where sellable products stay blocked in the returns area.
Can I define my own sorting rules?
Yes. You define the decision rules for each product category — what is restocked, refurbished or disposed of, and by which condition criteria. We apply them to every return, consistently and traceably. You keep control of your returns policy while delegating execution to us, without having to arbitrate each case day to day.
What return data do you share with me?
Each return is logged with its reason, and this information feeds a report available from your portal. You see volumes, recurring reasons and the most affected products. This data is not only useful for logistics: it helps you spot a product defect, a sizing issue or a description to revise, and therefore reduce the cause of returns at the source.
